Step one: open the item
Use the ZentBuy button on one of our product pages, or paste a marketplace URL into the link converter. ZentBuy product pages are built from the marketplace item number, so the URL needs to contain it. That is all this step asks.
Step two: look carefully
Take your time with the listing. Look at each photo. Read the option names slowly, because translations are often approximate. Compare the size chart, in centimetres, with a piece of clothing you already own. Check the price ZentBuy shows; the one on our site is only a reference.
Step three: choose
Pick the option that matches the photo you want. If you are unsure between two, write a short order note naming the one you mean.
Step four: pay for the item
This payment covers the product and the seller's delivery to ZentBuy's warehouse. Nothing more for now.
Step five: let it travel
Sellers send items to the warehouse at their own pace. Your order status will update. You do not need to do anything unless a status stays unchanged for an unusually long time, in which case ZentBuy support can check.
About the marketplaces
Weidian is made of small independent shops; Taobao and Tmall are large consumer marketplaces; 1688 is wholesale and may ask for a minimum quantity. ZentBuy handles each the same way for you.
