This guide covers only the process; it gives no prices or delivery times.
Step one: gather
Wait until the items you want together have arrived and been approved in the QC photos.
Step two: pack
Decide whether to keep original boxes. They protect, but bigger parcels can cost more, because carriers often look at size as well as weight.
Step three: address
Enter it the way your local post would write it, including flat number, postcode and a phone number.
Step four: choose a line
Look at the lines ZentBuy offers for your country. Set aside any that cannot carry your contents; batteries, liquids, powders and magnets are often restricted. From those left, pick the one whose tracking and price suit you.
Step five: pay and wait
Pay the quote and keep the parcel number. Tracking may go quiet for a few days while the parcel changes hands. That is normal.
Step six: customs
Countries in the EU usually charge import VAT on goods arriving from outside the Union, and some goods attract duties or handling fees. Your national customs authority explains what applies to you.
