ZentBuy Link Not Working? Calm Fixes

Short answer: ZentBuy links depend on the marketplace item number, so when a link will not open, the copied address is usually missing that number, is not a product page, or belongs to a removed listing. Copy the full product address, convert it again with our link converter, and if the listing is gone, pick something similar.

Check one: is it a product page?

Shop pages, search results and image links cannot become ZentBuy links. The converter needs one Weidian, Taobao, Tmall or 1688 product.

Check two: does it contain the item number?

Weidian addresses contain an itemID, Taobao and Tmall an id, and 1688 an /offer/number.html part. Short share links often hide it. Open such a link in a browser and copy the address it settles on.

Check three: only the link?

Make sure you pasted just the address and not the message around it.

Check four: is the listing still there?

Open the original page on the marketplace. If it has been removed, ZentBuy cannot buy it. Use Alternatives on our product page, or look through best finds for something similar.

About "Unsupported"

The converter will not guess. It builds a ZentBuy link only from a product URL it recognises; otherwise it says "Unsupported".
