ZentBuy QC Photos: Checking Calmly

Short answer: When an item reaches ZentBuy's warehouse, ZentBuy takes photos so you can confirm it is what you ordered. Look at one item at a time, ask a few simple questions, and approve it or hold it.

Guide

One item at a time

Open the photos for a single item. Ignore the rest of your order for the moment.

A few simple questions

  1. Does the label show the size I chose?
  2. Is the colour the option I picked? (A slightly different shade under warehouse light is normal.)
  3. Do the details look like the seller's photos: prints, logos, stitching, zips?
  4. Is it free of marks, tears or damage?
  5. Are the accessories and the quantity right?

If every answer is yes, approve it and move to the next item.

If an answer is no

There is no rush. Leave the item out of any parcel and send ZentBuy support a message through the order, pointing to the photo. Depending on the seller and ZentBuy's policies, an exchange or a return to the seller may be possible.

If you simply cannot see a detail, ask whether ZentBuy offers extra photos for your order and whether a fee applies.

Keeping expectations right

These photos show the item that arrived. They do not confirm authenticity or materials, and neither ZentBuy nor this site guarantees them.

When you are ready, read shipping to Europe.
